About Video Asset Manager

Video Asset Manager is a macOS app that analyzes your personal b-roll library and helps you find b-roll clips faster when you are editing.

Let's be real, finding the b-roll clips can be a soul-sucking process, and sometimes you don't even remember where you stored the footage.

Why I Created Video Asset Manager

I have created videos since 2021, and b-rolls has always been a struggle. I've spent too much time trying to:

• navigate the folders on my machine to find b-roll clips;
• communicating back and forth with editors;
• or redoing the same b-roll clip because I couldn't find it.

This process can easily take me 3 hours, which is not acceptable (either for personal projects or my day job).

So, to solve my own frustration, Video Asset Manager was born.

Now, I can just describe the b-roll I want, and VAM will find it in seconds.
